This Privacy Policy explains what information EJAH Business Consulting & Co LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Document Number L23000001544) ("EJAH," "we," "us," or "our"), collects through unsealedintelligence.com (the "Site") and our client services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. What We Collect
Information you give us directly: your name, email address, and organization or company name when you submit a consultation request, application, or cost check on the Site; details about your organization, company, or funding needs that you include in those forms or in later communication; and, once you engage us, materials such as applications, funder correspondence, program and budget details, ownership and planning information for a company you are forming, and any funder decisions you share for review.
Payment information is processed by our payment processor (see Section 4). We do not directly store your card or bank details.
Information collected automatically: standard technical information, such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, that most websites collect through basic hosting and analytics tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your request and decide whether our services fit your needs; to carry out the business formation planning, funder research, and grant writing you have engaged us for; to prepare and deliver your deliverables; to communicate with you about your engagement, including scheduling and deadlines; and to improve our services and this Site.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your organizational or financial information for any purpose beyond delivering the service you engaged us for. We never disclose who our clients are.
3. Funder Portal Credentials
We never request or hold funder portal login credentials, for any client or service. This is a firm policy.
4. Third-Party Services
We use a limited number of third-party services to run our business, which may process your information on our behalf: Stripe, to process payments and prepayments under $10,000 (we do not use or accept PayPal); our bank, to process ACH or wire payments for prepayments of $10,000 or more; Calendly, to schedule consultations; Netlify, to host this Site and process form submissions; and, for Business Formation engagements, the State of Florida and the IRS, to which we submit only the information required for your filings and EIN. These providers receive only the information needed for their function. ACH authorization forms, which include banking details, are collected by email attachment, never through this Site.
5. Data Retention
We keep client information for the length of your engagement. Once it ends, we keep only what is needed to close it out and maintain reasonable business records. If you would like your information deleted sooner, contact us at the email below.
6. Your Choices
You may ask what information we hold about you; ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we must keep for legitimate business or legal purposes; and unsubscribe from any non-essential email at any time. To do any of these, email ejah@unsealedintelligence.com.
7. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
This Site and our services are intended for organizational and business use and are not directed at anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the most recent revision.
